Paid consultation

Book a paid appointment

Booked time with a qualified lawyer who reads a visa file the way a case file is read: the weak points found and fixed by us first, rather than by an entry clearance officer later.

What a paid session covers

What you get

  • An honest read on whether your plan is realistic.
  • How the published rules apply to your own profile.
  • The documents a strong file needs, and in what order.
  • Where a previous refusal came from, and what it means now.
  • Your questions answered, for the whole booked hour.

What it is not

  • It is not a promise of a visa. Nobody can give you that.
  • It is not legal representation before a visa authority.
  • It is not a substitute for the official guidance, which changes.
  • It does not replace a regulated adviser where one is required.

Where paid advice is reserved to a regulated adviser

Ch. Bilal Rasheed is a qualified lawyer in Pakistan and an ICEF-accredited education consultant. He is not registered with the UK Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC), the CICC in Canada, OMARA in Australia, or the Immigration Advisers Authority in New Zealand.

Several countries reserve paid immigration advice to their own licensed advisers. Canada is the clearest: section 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act allows only an authorised representative to advise or represent anyone on an application for a fee. Sessions touching those countries are limited to general information about how the system works and what the published requirements are, and anything beyond that is referred on to an authorised representative.

Questions about booking

Is the free first consultation still available?

Yes. The free first call is unchanged and is the right starting point for most people. It covers what your options are and whether the plan is realistic. A paid session is for when you want far more time, a written plan, or a difficult file read in detail.

What is the difference between the free call and a paid session?

The free call is short and general. A paid session is booked time with a set length, your documents read beforehand, several countries compared where that helps, and on the Premium and Complex Case packages a written summary afterwards that you keep.

How do I pay?

Not on this website. Nothing is charged here and no card details are taken on this page. Send the booking request and the office replies with the payment details and the confirmed slot. The appointment is held once the fee is received.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Message the office on the same WhatsApp number as early as you can and the slot will be moved where there is time to do so. Please do not treat a sent request as a confirmed booking until you have a reply.

Will you guarantee me a visa?

No, and nobody honestly can. The decision belongs to the visa officer, who applies the rules to the evidence in front of them. What a session buys you is an honest read of your profile and a file built the way the rules ask for it.

Can you advise on a Canadian application?

Only in general terms. Section 91 of Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act allows only an authorised representative to give paid advice or representation on an application, and Ch. Bilal Rasheed is not a CICC licensee. A session can explain how the system works and what the published requirements are. Anything beyond that is referred on to an authorised representative.

Is the session in person or online?

Whichever suits you. Sessions are held at the Lahore office or on a call, including for people outside Pakistan. Say which you would prefer in the booking request.

What should I have ready before the session?

Your academic documents, any English test result, proof of the funds you intend to rely on, and every refusal letter you have ever received, including ones you think are unrelated. A refusal you leave out is the one that causes trouble later.

General information, not advice on your case

This page explains what a paid appointment is and what it costs. It is not legal advice on your individual circumstances, and rules and fees change. Check the position for your own case in the session or against the official guidance.
